The Story so far

Comfortina was founded by Kennet Albinson in 1964 and in a short period of time it has developed into one of Scandinavia’s leading yards.

The yachts are built by small teams of skilled craftsmen who combine traditional Swedish craftsmanship with the latest yacht-building technology.

Full production started in 1973 and to date over 2500 high quality performance yachts, over 9 different models have been produced.

Current models in production are the 35, 39 and 42 ft models which we believe will meet the requirements of any of today’s first class cruiser racers.

Production of the Comfortina 35 started in 1993 with over 260 boats built to date.

This was then followed up by it’s bigger sister the Comfortina 42 which started production in 1998 of which we have built over 90 boats to date.  In 2006 we added the newest edition to the range the Comfortina 39 so far over 35 boats of this model have been built.
